XM1030 – Total Trail Control
Optimized to the maximum, the XM 1030 rim represents the most advanced evolutionary stage in Mavic’s XM model range. Thanks to ISM 4D weight tuning, the welded aluminum rim is particularly light despite a wide 30 mm inner width. This form of weight optimization involves the targeted removal of material where it is not needed. The result is faster acceleration without compromising durability.
ISM 4D noticeably reduces weight and inertia without compromising durability. The exclusive Mavic patent provides with its new rim profile for better aerodynamics and even better climbing performance and minimal inertia for maximum acceleration.
UST technology improves traction, control as well as ride comfort while reducing inertia and puncture risk. It also allows riding with extremely low tire pressure.
